Matt Redmon named Mackie director of channel marketing

WORLD: Loud Technologies has appointed Matt Redmon to the position of director of channel marketing for the company's music gear brands, Mackie and Ampeg. The newly created role will see Mr Redmon responsible for designing and implementing strategic integrated channel marketing plans and programmes, and overseeing engagement programmes targeting independent sales partners, dealers, distributors and artists.

Mr Redmon moves to the new position having spent more than 15 years as Mackie senior product manager and over 25 years ‘on all sides of the microphone’, as a bassist, guitarist, and recording and live sound engineer.
