Mediatech Africa unveils demo spaces

SOUTH AFRICA: Biennial trade show, Mediatech Africa, has announced three key demonstration and educational areas for this year’s event. Mediatech will feature two presentation zones within the TicketPro Dome as well as the usual outdoor loudspeaker demo space.
The two indoor presentation zones will offer talks, demos and workshops focusing on two main verticals. One of the spaces will cover broadcast, film, production, postproduction, animation and new media. The second space will focus on A/V systems integration, live event technology, studio and recording and pro DJ.
Outside, A/V professionals and end users will be able to assess the quality and output of small, medium and large format speakers from a variety of manufacturers.
Other announced features include conferences covering the latest trends in A/V and broadcasting and the finals of the lighting designer contest hosted by Electrosonic SA, Martin Professional Denmark and Lighthouse Holland.
Mediatech takes place from 15th to 17th July at the TicketPro Dome at Northgate, Johannesburg.
