Melody House launches backline rental division

UAE: Melody House has recently launched a dedicated business unit to cater to backline rental. Greg Cargopoulos, who will be heading the division, has extensive experience as a backline technician in both the Middle East and Europe.
Melody House will continue to distribute its line of MI and pro audio brands with its dedicated stores and will be headed by Constandino Drimakis, who will focus on marketing and sales.
Although in its early stages, the new backline rental division already boasts a vast array of backline equipment to cater to virtually any technical rider. Some of the inventory includes a Pearl Masters Series drum kit, a Marshall JCM2000 Triple Super-lead head, Marshall 1960 hand-wired cabinets, Fender 65 Twin Reverb, Ampeg SVT2-Pro Head, Ampeg SVT Classic Head, Ampeg SVT810 Cab, Ampeg BA300 Combo, Yamaha Motif XS7 and XS8 plus Latin Percussion Congas and Bongos.
‘In addition to the growing backline equipment in our inventory, Melody House will have the experienced backline technicians to back up the product and ensure they are kept well maintained,’ commented Greg Cargopoulos, backline product specialist at Melody House. ‘Qualified technicians can also be requested to be on site if necessary.’
