New EMEA sales director for RTS and Telex

EMEA: Josef Penker has been appointed as sales director CCS (Critical Communication Systems) for RTS and Telex in EMEA. Having worked for Bosch in Germany since 2011, he will now be responsible for the sales and earnings of the two brands.
‘Josef Penker is well qualified for this responsible position,’ said Kamil Swobodzinski, VP of EMEA sales, Bosch Group. ‘He is dynamic and brings verve and commitment to the day-to-day business of the company. At the same time, he understands how to think in a structured and strategic manner, giving due weight in his decision-making to both medium- and long-term considerations. I am confident that, with the help of his dedicated sales team, he will continue the success of recent years, as well as making an active contribution to the revenue growth of the RTS and Telex brands.’
Additional duties for Mr Penker in his new role include the further strengthening of the two brands in existing markets and the expansion of the distribution network. As sales director, he will be leading the RTS and Telex EMEA sales team, reporting directly to Mr Swobodzinski.
‘Thanks to its outstanding products, RTS has an excellent reputation on the global intercom scene,’ stated Mr Penker. ‘The same goes for Telex in the aviation headset business. It is my aim to enhance the standing of the two brands in their respective markets and consolidate their already strong positioning, for I am convinced that the basis for future sales growth exists.’
