Pro Lab hosts ChamSys training

UAE: Dubai-based distributor, Pro Lab Trading LLC, recently hosted a two-day ChamSys training event at the Radisson Royal Hotel. The seminar covered hands-on demonstrations of all MagicQ products, including its range of PC Wings and MagicQ consoles. The two day training was conducted by Tony Cameron and James Harisson of ChamSys, UK and was attended by various companies and individuals.
‘Having famous brands and keeping good quantities in stock or on display at our showroom is not enough, we need to reach the right end users and educate them about the latest features and functionalities of the products,’ said Pro Lab general manager Jan Tarakji. ‘We believe is the absolute right of our customers to know about products, to feel them and to play with them and to be satisfied before they go ahead and purchase.’
The distributor is pleased with how the training went, feeling it provided the opportunity to get the products in front of important clients. ‘It was successful and entertaining at the same time,’ Said Mr Tarakji. ‘Our guests from Eclipse, Gearhouse and a lot more besides interacted with the training, had loads of good questions and were full of passion to learn more about the features of ChamSys products.’
Following the success of this event, the distributor is now planning more seminars for some of the other brands it represents. ‘We are planning to host more training, seminars and educational events for Powersoft and TW Audio which will take place during InfoCOmm MEA,’ confirmed Mr Tarakji. ‘These will be announced by mid-September.’
