Technosound takes on Martin Audio

LEBANON: Beirut-based distributor Technosound has taken on the distribution of Martin Audio in Lebanon. The agreement came into force at the start of July following initial contact between the companies at ISE 2012.
According to Technosound director of sales and marketing, Pierre Fahed, the company will be focusing on all core markets — from high-end concert touring systems through to discreet boutique installation speakers.
‘Martin Audio already has good brand awareness in our local market but we want to improve on the distribution strategies,’ he said. ‘We have been receiving excellent support from [director of sales] Simon Bull and [export sales manager] Dominic Jacobson and plan to set up product presentation and local training for all Martin Audio products in the near future.’
In response, Mr Jacobson said: ‘We chose Technosound as our new Martin Audio distributor in Lebanon as their credentials are impeccable and their track record for making a success of every brand they distribute in their territory is beyond compare. We have already increased our business significantly under their tenure and we are confident that we can achieve substantial growth with the help of their team of industry professionals.’
