UAE: NMK has supplied a Tempest wireless intercom system as well as an Encore Partlyline system to Dubai’s Extreme Productions LLC. As well being used independently, the two intercom systems are both expandable and can be used together to form a large-scale hybrid communication platform.
Extreme Productions is a provider of professional audio, lighting, staging, LED screens and media servers to the events industry. It operates in Jordan, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.
The Tempest wireless intercom system provided included a 2.4Ghz CM-244 master station, 10 CP-242 four-channel belt packs and a CCT-RT antenna. ‘One of the reasons we chose the Tempest System, is due to the fact that it works on the 2.4GHz frequency range,’ commented Vincenzo Testa, technical director at Extreme Productions. ‘It provides us with the benefit of utilising the system over the Middle East without having to worry about licensing or frequency spectrums from country to country.’
The Encore Partyline intercom system provided comprised of a single PS-704 power supply, a TWC-701, eight RS-703 wired partyline BeltPacks and 19 CC-300 single ear headsets. ‘With the additional purchase of the Encore Partyline system, Extreme Productions has the option to communicate between the team both wired and wirelessly,’ commented Abdul Hadi, HME/ClearCom product specialist at NMK Middle East.
