Thomsun to distribute RTS

UAE: Dubai-based Thomsun Trading has been named as the new distributor for RTS in the UAE and Qatar. The new relationship was announced at the recent InfoComm MEA trade show in Dubai.
‘We are happy to be representing the RTS range of products. We’re excited about the relationship and we plan to do the best possible with the products,’ said Thomsun’s Biju Thomas. ‘We aim to look at the strengths of RTS and address those markets. They are very strong in the broadcast market and the install market as well market and we represent these markets well.’
‘We were looking for a very strong partner in the country here and the region who was very strong in the broadcast market and we are very glad that Thomsun accepted our offer,’ added Bosch’s Klaus Seitz. ‘We have started that partnership now and we are looking forward to a long-term very successful, very productive relationship.
‘We are sure that with the other products Thomsun has, our RTS range will be a good fit,’ he continued. ‘There are synergies possible which without Thomsun we would not be able to have.’
While the deal covers the UAE and Qatar, the brand does not have representation in every country across the GCC. This means Thomsun may be able to cover other territories on a project by project basis.
