Tony Flammia named PreSonus commercial channel manager

WORLD: PreSonus has announced the appointment of Tony Flammia as its new commercial channel manager. In his new position, Mr Flammia will reportedly work closely with loudspeaker division managing director Hugh Savis on new speaker systems that integrate AVB and Dante networking technologies, as well as train systems integrators to install and use these systems.
‘WorxAudio and PreSonus offer multiple products that are sold into permanent installations and live sound applications, and we want to better understand the needs of these customers,’ explained PreSonus VP of sales Rick Naqvi. ‘As commercial channel manager, Tony will help us become even better partners to our dealers who do commercial installations. We are excited to have him onboard to lead this initiative.’
Mr Flammia is stated to be well suited for new role having spent the majority of his career as systems integrator, designing and installing AVL systems into churches across the United States, including a number of WorxAudio systems. Additionally, he has the distinction of completing the first AFMG FIRmaker beam steering project in the world.
