Traction Sound partners with iLED in South Africa

SOUTH AFRICA: iLED has been announced as the South African distributor for Traction Sound.
Traction Sound reports that ‘it didn't take iLED's Justin Mamulis long to understand the benefits of Traction Sound's SDS horn. When listening to the loudspeakers he was soon searching through his music collection to see how good his favourite tracks could sound.’
‘The industry standard compression driver introduces distortion through diaphragm break up and inherent air distortion,’ explained Traction Sound's Billy Wood. ‘Our SDS horn overcomes these drawback by using a multiplicity of soft dome tweeters to produce the same energy from a much larger source area.’
‘It is important to us to find distributors who have that personal touch,’ said Traction Sound's Shreddie Glew. ‘The guys at iLED not only have a wealth of technical knowledge but are also good fun to work with.’
