JORDAN: Triad Live Productions was once again called in to supply the audio for the Jerash Festival. This is the sixth year in a row that the rental company has been awarded the contract and it once again called on its inventory of KV2 Audio equipment.
The festival itself featured some of the biggest artists in Arabic music. Crowds were treated to performances from the likes of Kazim Al Saher, Wael Kfoury, Najwa Karam, Latifa Al Tounsia, Yara, Saad Al Mujarrad and Wael Jassar.
The main performances took place in the South Amphitheatre, and as such, Triad supplied a large KV2 VHD solution to cover the space. The main PA featured VHD2.0 mains plus VHD1.0 down-fills while low end was taken care of by four VHD 4.18 subwoofers. Side-fill duties were handled by ES1.0 with ES2.6 subwoofers while the upper seating area was covered by an ES1.0 system. On stage, the manufacturer’s EX12 cabinets were used as monitors.
Away from the main stage, Triad also supplied the sound system for international artists who performed at the smaller North Amphitheatre. This space called on an ES1.0 solution with ES2.6 subwoofers delivering the lows.
