Two Iraqi broadcasters install AEQ

IRAQ: Spanish broadcast specialist, AEQ, is celebrating two radio station installations in Iraq which both called on its desks. Both projects were installed through the manufacturer’s local partner Mecast in coordination with its Madrid and Miami offices.
The projects took place at Radio Baban and Al Media Radio. Both stations have opted for AEQ Forum on-air consoles for their larger studios, while the manufacturer’s smaller Capitol console has been installed to cover smaller studios and voice booths.
According to the manufacturer, Iraq has become ‘one of the most important markets inside AEQ's commercial division for the Middle East’. The manufacturer first started supplying analogue equipment into the country six years ago, but this quickly changed as desire for its digital products took over.
