UBMS hosts flying lessons with DJI

UAE: United Broadcast (UBMS) recently partnered with DJI to hold a New Pilot Experience Workshop at its training academy in Dubai. The workshop was free to attend, introducing participants to the camera drone manufacturer’s DJI Phantom series while training them to become capable drone pilots.
Attendees were given hands-on experience with the DJI Phantom 4 as well as the opportunity to openly discuss technical advantages and creative applications with other filmmakers and industry professionals. In addition to the training course and materials supplied, all guests received a certificate of attendance.
‘A total of 22 participants attended the workshop,’ said a spokesperson from UBMS. ‘All were very involved and asking questions. It was a very interactive event.’
