Utah Scientific appoints EMEA general manager

EMEA: US-based manufacturer of routing switchers for the broadcast industry, Utah Scientific, has appointed Reto Brader to the new position of GM for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Mr Brader will be tasked with developing the manufacturer’s EMEA presence, growing its market, serving customers and promoting products in the region.

Mr Brader has worked in the high technology, broadcast, and information systems markets for 18 years. He comes to Utah Scientific most recently from Pixelmetrix, where he also served as EMEA general manager. Earlier management positions were at Hewlett-Packard/Agilent in Canada and Alcatel in Switzerland. He will be based in Zurich, and work closely with Scott Bosen, Utah Scientific’s marketing director and international sales manager, and will report directly to Tom Harmon.
