Venuetch adds to team

UAE: Dubai-based distributor, Venuetech, has added to its headcount with the appointment of Mahesh Ramdin as a sales engineer. Mr Ramdin started his career in the audio industry at Gearhouse in his native South Africa and joins the company following a four year spell with Qatar Vision in Doha.
The new sales engineer will take care of most of the audio elements Venuetech carries, particularly the Avid live sound consoles which the company took distribution for at the InfoComm MEA show last year.
‘I will mainly be taking care of our existing and new customers in terms of demos, education and knowledge about what we carry,’ explained Mr Ramdin. ‘I’m looking forward to getting to know most of the rental and installation companies in the region.’
