Yamaha uses seminar to launch CL Series

UAE: Yamaha Music Gulf FZE recently hosted a CA Focus event at Dubai Men’s College Auditorium. The purpose of the event was the regional launch of the manufacturer’s new CL series digital mixing consoles and DXR series speakers.
The event took the form of an educational seminar and demonstration of the new equipment. Arthur Koll from Yamaha Europe presented the seminar, accompanied by drummer Athanasios ‘Zacky’ Tsoukas. The drum demonstration was conducted to show the sound quality of the CL5, effects rack and speakers in an actual application.
Around 100 people attended the seminar. They were Yamaha distributors’ staff from the GCC, Middle East, North Africa and CIS, as well as prominent customers including rental companies and systems integrators.
The manufacturer was pleased with how the event went and believes it will help to increase its business in the region. It hopes to see good sales of the CL Series consoles and DSR/DXR speakers as a result.
