APx515 Production Test Audio Analyzer

The new APx515 from Audio Precision is a high performance audio analyser optimised and priced for production test. The manufacturer believes it to be a best-in-class instrument for its speed, performance, automation, and ease-of-use.
Audio Precision’s design team focused on advanced built-in automation, test speed and measurement reliability. Because APx515 can perform a more comprehensive evaluation on more units per hour than a simple distortion analyser, a production line’s defect rate is reduced and the test station doesn’t cause a bottleneck. ‘A simple return-on-investment analysis shows the APx515 is the most cost-effective option for production line test,’ says the manufacturer.

APx515 operates either as a stand-alone test unit with its own user interface or it can be controlled by a master .NET or LabVIEW application. Its typical THD+N is  -106 dB and it has 192k digital I/O.
