DHD Audio adopts Dante with 52/XC Dante IP audio interface

German broadcasting console and router specialist DHD Audio has teamed up with Australia’s Audinate to create the 52/XC Dante IP audio interface with integrated Dante networking.

The 52/XC distributes audio signals from a DHD console to any other Dante-enabled DHD or third-party device, facilitating monitoring, talkback and connection of remote facilities to a studio via the network. The Dante solution has been described by DHD CEO Joerg M Deubner as ‘what we were looking for: a high-performance, reliable and field-tested audio-over-IP system’.
