Building on the MA-101, Mipro has announced the MA-202 portable wireless PA system, featuring a compact, lightweight design and Mipro’s Act (Automatic Channel Targeting) function.

The compact, rugged and lightweight design of the MA-202 makes it well suited to use in guided tours, educational settings, worship places, presentations, sports and similar activities – indoors/outdoors. It features a 56W output with two-way speakers, designed to serve crowds upward of 400 people. The Scan function automatically searches the local RF environment, identifies and then locks the receiver onto an available, interference-free frequency. Mipro’s Act function then provides rapid and precise set-up of the transmitter/wireless microphone to the same channel, at which point the system is ready for use.

Separate volume controls are provided for wireless, wired microphones and line-input. Audio inputs include microphone and line with separate volume controls, and there is also a USB port and SD card reader. The LCD shows up to 9,999 play and pause tracks. Further, MP3 tracks can be quickly found via fast search control. A smart four-segment rechargeable battery meter designed for accurate battery reading and charging status. A built-in 12V/2.9AH rechargeable battery, optional high-capacity lithium battery module is also available. It provides up to eight hours continuous operation per charge.

The MA-202 is equipped with Act-202T rechargeable handheld microphone, offering a built-in level control that allows wireless volume adjustment. The Act-202T can be a hand-held or worn as a neck lanyard.
