PV powered series now with Class-D

Peavey has added two Class-D powered models to its PV series of wood construction, carpet-covered speaker enclosures. The PV 115D and PV 215D both deliver 400W of sound and feature the manufacturer’s DDT compression.

The pole-mountable PV 115D features an RX 14 titanium compression driver, a 15-inch Peavey woofer and 2.375-inch voice coil. It also has LED indicators for signal present and DDT active and a combination ¼-inch and XLR input.

The PV 215D features the same RX 14 titanium compression driver with two 15-inch Peavey woofers and 2.375-inch voice coils. Again it includes LED indicators for signal present and DDT active and a combination ¼-inch and XLR input.
