Ole Jensen to lead Genelec sales team

WORLD: Finnish monitor manufacturer, Genelec, has appointed industry veteran Ole Jensen to lead its international sales department. Taking on the position of international sales director, Mr Jensen’s appointment coincides with Jonas Olsen joining the company as sales manager. Combined, the two men posses more than 50 years of experience across the professional monitor and A/V markets.
A well-known figure within pro audio, Mr Jensen has held several high profile sales and distribution positions at the likes of Yamaha and TC Group, where he became VP of sales for broadcast and production and developed the company’s European pro audio distribution network. His most recent role saw him lead worldwide distribution at Dynaudio Pro and he will develop and support the international network of sales partners and distributors within the professional sector at Genelec.
Mr Olsen also worked for TC Group previously, leading A/V installation sales. Before that he worked in the rental market. At Genelec, he will build upon the monitor manufacturer’s A/V profile.
