Eric Larsen joins TASCAM

WORLD: TASCAM has appointed Eric Larsen as its director of marketing, taking responsibility for the outbound marketing activities of both the TASCAM and TEAC brands. The Japanese company made the appointment based upon Mr Larsen’s backgrounds in music retail, software developer relations in computer based audio production and most recently in consumer marketing for a number of Silicon Valley tech firms.
Mr Larsen will use his experience for this new role by overseeing PR and artist relations for TASCAM and TEAC. Having moved away from the music industry, he brings vast marketing experience back to the sector gained from organisations such as Creative Labs, 3DFX, Pinnacle Systems, Steinberg and Kaleidescape.
